Sound Records, on the occasion of their first birthday, present a psychedelic spectacular in collaboration with SVA at the landmark venue The Goods Shed in Stroud. Headlining this very special event is one of the most legendary figures in the history of dance music.
Dr Alex Paterson formed The Orb over 25 years ago and brings The Orb Sound System to Stroud for the very first time. Not only that, but he will support himself with another of his projects Chocolate Hills...
Providing a reggae twist will be the J.S.S.O project while local indie-electronica band Grasscourt and avante Garde celloist Simon McCorry complete a unique bill. Sean and Tom from Sound Records will provide records to keep everyone dancing as well as a pop-up record store. Derek's Jamaican Inn Kitchen will ensure everyone is fed.
